Since the beginning of 2002, we have been developing how we were going to deliver learning materials online. We wanted a system that is compliant with accessibility laws and regulations, easy to navigate, powerful for the learner and a true supportive tool for trainers, managers and learners alike.

We eventually choose to utilise the Moodle Learning Environment, so as to allow us to put more money into the learning experience and materials. In early 2004, we launched www.123trained.co.uk (also under the domain: www.123skilled.com).

Our system is used to deliver pure eLearning or distance learning, and more commonly, as a support tools to our face-to-face delivery. Allowing us to provide out of hours discussion forums and materials access, as well as work based assignment management.

We also design and deliver a number of bespoke programmes online under our Client Area. This 'Client Area' is also used to provide a support area for programmes being delivered face-to-face, providing an ongoing discussion and learning development environment that increases the effectiveness of the overall programme.
