The HSE has launched a new website tracking changes to EU Legislation that affects Control of Major Accident Hazards business.

The Seveso Directive is the main piece of EU legislation that deals specifically with the control of on-shore major accident hazards involving dangerous substances. It is implemented in Great Britain through the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations.
