Learning and Development NVQ at Level 3
The Learning and Development NVQ at Level 3 is designed to reflect the work of those who provide support to learners, and directly design and deliver training programmes. It is likely that your role (or part of your role) will be one of trainer, instructor, coach or mentor.
To achieve the Learning and Development NVQ at Level 3, the candidate must complete eleven units in total. These are drawn from seven mandatory units and four optional units (you must complete two from Optional Group A and two from Optional Group B).
