This Appraisal Training course is aimed directly at those being appraised so that they will better understand the purpose, aims, process and benefits of the appraisal system.

All courses have an immediate 'post-course' assessment, a copy of which is provided back to the training course organiser or company training officer.
We also recommend that there is a pre-course and post-course attendance discussion between the delegate and their line manager.
Also, the success of the course can be understood by monitoring the implementation of the course content by the delegate.
