Qualification: Fast-Track Competence Assessor Qualification Programme

Trainer Training and Accreditation‘Fast-Track’ Assessor Qualification Programme

At The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd we understand that our clients may have difficulty in releasing new assessors for development over the normal period that it usually takes to complete the new Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (the replacement qualification for the Unit A1 NVQ Assessor Award). The ‘normal’ period and process means two-days training then assessment planning followed a few weeks later by some assessment and observations, then the professional discussion and so on.

We have been working on developing and have successfully  implemented a ‘Fast-Track’ route for assessors who are going to be assessing Competence in the Workplace. This includes BESC (Basic Electrical Safety Certificate) Assessors.

ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Approved CentreThe system we have developed takes the assessor candidate through the City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment, from training to assessment and completion is just 5 days.

NOTE: This Fast-Track route is ONLY open to groups of candidates (usually 6 to 8) within a single company, this is not open to individuals.

If your company, business or organisation requires a group of assessors to be taken through and accredited to the Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment, whether in the UK, Europe or International, Contact Us and we will talk you through the process.
