We have a worldwide reputation for the development and measurement of the competence of people which can include the following:

  • Development of (in-house) Standards of Performance for Staff (Competencies)
  • Identification and Implementation of Externally Accredited Standards of Performance (Competencies)
  • Development of Systems, Policies and Procedures relating to the Measurement of Competence (Competency Management Systems or CMS)
    • Production of the above systems in any language required
  • Development and Accreditation of staff involved is Assessing the Competence of Others
  • Development and Accreditation of staff involved in the Management of the Quality Assurance (Internal Verification) of the Competency Management System
  • Post CMS (Competency Management System) Implementation Support
