The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd deliver generic courses and bespoke development programmes, dependent upon and designed to meet the needs of your organisation. All the courses and programmes on this site, including some of the Awarding Body Specific awards, certificates and diplomas, can be modified, adapted or completely re-written to meet your organisational needs.

Programmed Training and Development

Sometimes a course is just not enough. For some groups of staff, it may be necessary to provide a broader programme of development, covering a number of given skill areas over a period of time.

Of course, there are specified programmes all ready to go, out of the box so to speak, that are accredited by various awarding bodies, such as the ILM’s Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. Again though, sometimes these are either too prescribed, or just do not quite hit the mark in terms of skills that need to be covered.

When this is the case, we – The Gill Payne Partnership Ltd, have a track record in designing and delivering, bespoke programmes which we can also have accredited by the ILM if you wish your staff to have a ‘badged’ certificate at the end of the programme.

You can take any of our ‘Generic Programmes’ and make a few simple adjustments to tailor the programmes to your organisation, or we can design an even more unique and targeted programme from scratch, if these are not quite near enough – the choice is yours.
